Got Into A Auto Accident While Ubering
Hi!
So I got into a wreck while ubering. Had a rider in the vehicle. I'm 100% not at fault (i have proof via dashcam), have about 4k in damage to my vehicle, am losing 900 a week as uber was my full time job. I have no physical injuries however am on the brink of homelessness. (Working on getting a job it takes time)
The person that caused the wreck is having an "insurance coverage issue" and I keep getting told by their insurance that they are trying to resolve it asap.
What kind of Attorney can I get? I've been calling attorneys however because I'm not injured I keep getting told they can't help me.
Please ideas, thoughts, and comments.
