Gambling Addict Now Ex Gf Is Demanding More Money For Rent

Shitty situation. Missouri. My now I guess ex GF has spent the last two years racking up significant debt due to gambling. I have tried and tried to help get past it, recently came to the realization that I cannot after compromising my own financial stability doing so. After over two months of her spending every one of her paychecks plus agreed upon rent from me, and my refusal to give her access to my finances after already paying to keep her phone on, she is kicking me out. She has already given me a paper with 30 days to vacate (my agreed upon rent being current to that day) that I agreed to. I am making arrangements however since she once again spent her entire paycheck gambling and internet was shut off today, she's demanding more rent. After back and forth I notified her via text I would give one more payment minus the $200 I paid for her phone bill with the expectation in will have access to the utilities I have been paying for (she wouldn't let me pay directly to have internet turned back on). An hour later she gambled it away and internet is still off, and she's stated she doesn't intend to pay it until later next week (not holding my breath). I have also put $400 worth of groceries in the house so we, including her children, can eat. Not asking for it back just stating it. I have every intention to be out by the end of the 30 days if not sooner, however it takes time to arrange and I cannot find any definite answer to whether or not I have to pay again for first half of December. Appreciate any insight.
