Fridge Keeps Breaking

Card image cap

Location: Washington State USA

I rent an apartment from a complex. For several years. I've been having constant issues with my refrigerator. The one that came with the unit stopped working about 3 years into me living here. The next year was about 5 iterations of me throwing all of my food away and putting in a work order, them temporarily fixing the issue, and then the fridge stopping working again. (I keep thermometers in both my fridge and freezer). After those 5 iterations (and after the complex changed owners), they replaced my fridge. Now, a year later, this new fridge has also died. At this point, I feel that the issue is not the fridges themselves, but instead a power supply or related issue. I have always followed their recommendations on how to store food in the fridge/freezer away from the sides/vents, so it's not an issue or overloading or blocking them.

My question is: although they have always been very prompt with (temporarily) fixing the issue within the state-mandated 72 hours, what can/should I do to stop this from repeating again?
