Fraud??
I had an inspection before buying the house. I’m not sure who did the inspection yet. I’m asking my realtor. Less than a year after we bought the house we noticed the foundation was sinking, got an inspection done by a foundation company. They said it had already sunk an inch in the middle of the house which is where the house’s integrity is. Our debt to income ratio is too high to get approved for a loan or financing. We recently found in the laundry room a booklet by an inspection company that was made when the previous owners were still owning the house. They said they noticed cracks in the concrete wall. Recommended a foundation inspection. They left a tub of concrete fix and covered u the wall with drywall. Is this fraud?
