Employer Never Enrolled Me In Benefits

my employer never enrolled me in benefits. i had been paying for an entire month (to the day) before i noticed when i tried to get my insurance card up at urgent care and the insurance company informed me there was no record of me having coverage with them. i then had to wait another month before given a “solution” where they said it would be resolved in 5-7 business days and i would have full coverage. its now been 3 weeks and i just tried to log in to see my coverage and again the insurance company has no record of me. can i demand my company reimburse me for the past 3 months of “coverage” that have been deducted from my paychecks???
