Divorce

Due to certain circumstances, I have been a sahm for 8 years while my stbx has financially provided for us. I have taken care of the house, chores, kids without zero help.

I got a little inheritance 2 years ago and I bought us a RV, car, and trailer and everything is solely in my name.

It's not a lot of money, but it is something. And I could really use that money for me and my kids to help get ahead.

I tried to be fair as possible and have told him I have no problem selling everything and we both take 50%, but he says that because he has financially provided for us all these years, everything is his and if I try to do anything, he will destroy everything, and he literally has everything in his control.

I am at the point where I am being forced to leave him everything I own because he won't leave and be fair.

What can I do?
