Delaware Llc

My family has been terrorized by a group of LLCs registered in the state of Delaware. They are investors that own a group of properties. We signed a commercial lease before Covid and these people bought the building from the original landlord. They hide being a property management group. It’s been two years of litigation. They were awarded $0 in damages twice but are now appealing and we cannot afford anymore legal fees. I have a child who requires full time caretaking due to complex medical needs. I have written letters begging them to be reasonable. We went through a trial. My health has declined and I was diagnosed with cancer. The stress has made it so much worse. We are on the verge of bankruptcy. We have made multiple offers to these people but they are ruthless. Am I allowed to file a right to know request in the state of Delaware? There is more to this story but I’m confident they are doing something illegal or corrupt at the very least. I’m not allowed to talk about it publicly per our attorney but I will do anything I have to in order to protect my family. If I cannot win in this broken justice system, I will find purpose from this by exposing how broken our system is. I am broken and gutted. Our litigator just dropped us because we can’t pay him anymore. Please help. Thank you.
