Criminal Case Question

I was originally arraigned on 4 counts of criminal possession stolen property 4th - credit card. After grand jury hearing my charges changed as follows 2) cpsp 4th-credit card, 2) grand larceny-credit card, 2) cpsp 5th , 2) petit Larceny. I have no clue how the original charges changed into these. If anything I figured they’d add larceny along with possession. I was arrested months after crime and I had no incriminating evidence on me. My second question is how can possession be charged if they didn’t find the property on me? The change of charges boggles my mind. Why only 2 cpsp 4th now? Ontop of that it was only one card how can multiple possession and larceny be charged for same card? Then cpsp 5th doesn’t make sense cause again on card. Then icing on cake petit larceny can’t be a charge with a credit card.
