Child Custody & Father Rights

Card image cap

My ex and I are separating after a 4 year toxic relationship. During the relationship I bought us a house to raise our child in that she was pregnant with at the time. She wanted to be a SAHM, so I buckled down and got two full time jobs. She put me on child support for the reason being we wanted him to have governmental health insurance. I work Monday through Saturday, 6AM - 10:00PM. It's been that way the last two years, my child is also two. As you can guess I've rarely been able to spend time with my child. Currently we only have a custodial support order, her being primary and I non primary. She's been cooking up a plan to move out of state with an ex of her past. What are my rights as a non custodial parent? I don't want this happening, I already hardly see my child. I cannot bear to see him any less. Can she legally take him and move? Do I need to file for an actual custody ORDER? Any information and advice would be greatly appreciated.
