Can I Call Cps On My Own Family?

Hello all, as mentioned in the title, I have a bit of a backstory to this situation on my account in a different subreddit but I want to ask if I even CAN call CPS.

I’m 16 and I want to report my father for condoning child abuse and neglect. The abuse is mainly from my sister, but since she’s a minor im not sure if I can report that to CPS. She has been physically assaulting me with my own golf club and my own suitcase by hitting me with it mainly on the head- which my father allowed and still hasn’t given me the proper medical attention for it (I’m bruised but I’m not sure if I broke anything, slight blood). Currently, I’m locked in a closet (context in my other post) and not allowed to sleep in my own bed because of her- which my own father won’t let me out of and left us to “work it out”. I’m wondering if this is even worth CPS and what the consequences are to call them. Would they separate our family because of this? Any advice is appreciated, thank you in advance. ????
