Business Llc Question?

Hi everybody, I have a question that I’ve been having a difficult time getting an answer to.

I’m currently a licensed clinical social worker (therapist) who is licensed in Massachusetts. I’m looking to open up a LLC for my company. It’s just me. I don’t want to register the LLC in Massachusetts because it’s extremely expensive however, in the neighboring state in New Hampshire it is way more affordable and I could see myself in the future living there.

As a social worker- I can only see clients who are living or located in Massachusetts, and I can only practice here. which I would still be doing regardless, the business is just going to be registered in New Hampshire- is this legal? I contacted my licensing board and they said to ask paralegal. I also will pay for a registered agent
