Bought A Used Telsa. They Fucked Up And Put Me Down For 0% Apr. I Signed The Contract. They Said They Need Me To Sign A New Contract.

Title.

I bought a used Telsa model 3 a little over 2 weeks ago. I got it financed. I thought it was weird that it said 0% APR but I didn't question it.

Last Friday they called me and said they made a mistake. They said they reached out to me shortly after I bought the car (they didn't) in order to resolve this. They basically threatened me and said if I didn't work with them on a new contract in the next few days, they would deactivate my Tesla app and block me from the supercharger network.

They emailed me yesterday and it sounds like I have until 6/14 to sign their revised contract (6.89% APR), but I'm planning to chat with them in the morning about it and see if they're actually considering following through with their threats. I have a road/camping trip planned, we're leaving Wednesday, so I'd really like to prefer being stranded without a way to charge.

This seems like a pretty big fuck up to me. Not just the error in the contract but how they're handling things with getting me to sign a revised contract. I'm pissed. If the contract was correct in the first place, I guess 6.89% isn't totally unreasonable, but it's a contract. I signed it. It's done. If I had a client and I sent them a contract and they signed it, I don't think I would say "oops, I meant to charge you more money for this, please sign this revised contract. Thanks.", I like to think I would be pretty fucking careful filling out the contract and if I fucked up then I would accept the consequences of my carelessness.

Anyway, any advice is appreciated. I don't know shit about the law. This seems like something I could get a lawyer involved with.
