Bought A Used Car In Chicago, And The Odometer Was Rolled Back

I really have no idea what to do at this point. I bought a 2009 Prius in Chicago, car fax shows the miles as 275k,. as of a few days before i bought it. car was listed on FB marketplace with 205k. odometer shows 205K. the title USED to show 275K but you can see where the guy who sold it to me wrote over it to zero out the 7 (i know its my fault that i didn't look closely enough). the bill of sale shows the name of a dealership in nebraska, but the address is a closed industrial building in MT. the car runs and drives fine. but what are the legalities here? can it even be registered?
