Apartment Owner Letting People Stay Without My Permission

I’ve been living in my nyc apartment which is a sublet for about 4 months now. About 3 weeks ago the owner asked me and my roommate if it was okay if their friend stayed here for a night. We generously accepted, he turned out to be a nightmare. He used my shower after I told him I was about to, he used my towel, he left poop stains in my toilet. We told him he wasn’t allowed to come back. And now yesterday the owner told us he’s staying here again for 2 nights. My roommate and I are furious. The problem with just saying no is that I live in a very nice apartment for a pretty good price. I could stand my ground and be asked to leave. My question is what rights do I have as a subletter and could they actually kick me out for this? If they were to evict me how long would the process take?
