[ut] Just Got Told To Vacate My Apartment Because I’m A Full-time Student
Hello. I live in the state of Utah on a Section 42 housing program. I’ve lived here for the past 2 years and when re-certifying for this year I put in that I’m a part-time student. At least that’s what I thought I was. But when the apartment complex received the paperwork from my college it says that I’m a full-time student, which I didn’t know. Just yesterday I got told that I need to move out because I no longer qualify for the program.
Is there any way I can appeal the eviction notice and keep living here? I really can’t afford to live anywhere else and I don’t know what to do.
I’m going to talk to my college to see if they can change my student status to part-time but I’m not sure if that is going to work anymore; hell I don’t even know if dropping out of college is gonna work. I’m scared and confused and don’t know what to do.
