urgent Can We Call The Cops And Kick My Sister Out Immediately?

I am in TN.

My sister and I live with my parents. I'm 23. Sister is 29.

She is extremely mentally ill. She has physically assaulted people. Threatened others. Etc.

I have many audio recordings of her saying how she wants me to die. That she wants to kill us. Kill herself. Ruin her daughter. And her delusions. Etc.

This morning was the breaking point. My mom has told her she needs to leave the house. I have everything on audio. She has threatened us multiple times.

If we need to call the cops can she be removed from our house ?

I know some places require you to give people notice, before you can kick them out.

Also can she take her cat ? She signed the adoption papers, but the one who financially cares for our cat are my parents.

Please and thank you, sorry if I left any detail out. It's been crazy.

Edit: We have been living with this for over a decade. We have attempted to help her and provide her mental health assistance for years. She has rejected it constantly and continues, too.
