(florida) My Co-workers And I Suspect Our Boss Is Manually Paying Us For Fewer Hours Than We're Working. If This Turns Out To Be True, What Can We Do?

I've worked here since December, a new hire noticed his paystubs said he worked 18 hours when he really worked 21 hours.

I'm the only employee on a W2, and I'm paid every 2 weeks as opposed to the other employees on W9 getting paid once per week. I also automatically deposit 25% of my money into savings, so I would have never noticed this.

My co-workers said they noticed similar discrepancies with their pay.

This really wouldn't surprise me because of other shady activities going on in this retail store, including: My boss refusing to put an employee on a W2 because he regularly works 50+ hours per week, selling overpriced items, and overhearing that my boss didn't report all of the store's earnings last year to the IRS.
