Ardley Named Winner Of Tmc’s Mortgage Tech Demo Day

The Mortgage Collaborative‘s (TMC) Emerging Technology Fund hosted its seventh annual Mortgage Tech Demo Day (MTD) on March 16 at the collaborative’s “Live Large, Think Big!” conference in Arlington, Texas.
Sponsored by Docutech, MTD allows early-stage mortgage tech companies to showcase their technology to industry leaders, investors and venture capitalists.
Six forward-thinking startups were selected to present their game-changing mortgage technology solutions:
- Ardley
- Feather
- Lender
- Maisey365
- Mesh
- Uplist
This pitch competition follows a Shark Tank-style format. Each company gets eight minutes to present its innovation, followed by seven minutes of rapid-fire Q&A from a three-person panel.
Ardley, an AI-powered mortgage processing platform, won the competition and several HousingWire-sponsored prizes including a complimentary spot in HousingWire’s Mortgage Tech Demo Day and a feature in HousingWire’s product guide. Ardley’s Head of Product, Haley Rader, presented and accepted the award.
“We’re honored that Ardley was selected as the winner of TMC’s Tech Day by the audience and the panel of judges,” Rader shared with HousingWire. “It’s always exciting to share our product and the incredible value we bring to our customers. This recognition is a testament to our team’s dedication, hard work, and commitment to innovation. We’re just getting started and we can’t wait to keep building tech solutions that improve mortgage processes for lenders and borrowers.”
Reston, Virginia-based Ardley Technologies was founded in 2021 by Nate Den Herder, Fannie Mae’s former director of financial engineering. Just last year, the fintech launched its white-label automated underwriting engine, Autopilot, which allows lenders to create instant, conditional loan approvals for qualified borrowers.
