Lpt: Whatever You Think You Need Done By A Chiropractor Will Be Better Dealt With By A Physiotherapist!

As an advocate for evidence-based clinical practice, there is minimal to no science to support chiropractic care. Instead, do some active rehab (via physiotherapy) to stretch and strengthen proper muscle groups. One of the most common presentations to healthcare is low back pain and that's a combination of poor posture while walking, sitting, sleeping and lack of strength training. Chiropractors and other providers who do passive rehab on you only for temporary relief are creating that regular demand of their services, make you pay for it, and never preventing or treating the root cause. Sure, chiropractic care may help you feel better but that could also be best done by massage therapist. Again, passive rehab is also inferior to active rehab for long standing improvement in our musculoskeletal system.

Disclaimer: I'm a healthcare provider student and not in physiotherapy or any other rehab allied health professionals.
