A police officer would only have shot a 95-year-old woman with a Taser gun if it was lawful and would not have lied about it, a jury has been told.
Footage of the incident taken from a nursing home’s CCTV and police bodyworn cameras has been shown at a New South Wales supreme court manslaughter trial for Sen Const Kristian White.
