Boomers And Btc

So here I am 2 weeks from before I retire and I have been stacking since the price was about 5K, back in the day. When I discovered BTC I just thought this is IT , and told all my friends about it. One lady bought, a fair amount but rest just shook their heads and look at their bond and stock portfolio. I would every now and again mention it but seeing mostly a negative response I just stopped talking about it.

So last weekend we went camping with a bunch of friends and someone came up the the subject and I just stayed quiet. That in itself brought a question from them, 'hey you used to be into Bitcoin, what happened?'

I just smiled and said, you can take a horse to water but you cannot make him drink.

TLDR

If they have not got it by now, the suckers never will.
