Momnt, a US-based fintech specialising in lending solutions and B2B payments, has bolstered its leadership team with three key additions to its C-suite, just nine months after appointing a new CEO.

Momnt has named three new additions to its C-suite

Ryan Brennan, a former executive at Saluda Grade, has been named as Momnt’s new chief business officer (CBO).

Previously a board observer and consultant for Momnt, he brings over 20 years of experience to the fintech, including senior roles at Neat Capital and BankUnited.

As CBO, Brennan will oversee strategic initiatives, operational efficiency, and other “crucial business elements”, Momnt says.

Internally, Momnt has promoted Cara Rivera to chief operating officer (COO) and Lindsay McAndrew to chief product officer (CPO).

New COO Rivera was first hired by Momnt in October 2022 as director of strategy and operations, before transitioning to chief of staff the following year.

In her new position, Rivera will be responsible for Momnt’s compliance, IT and security functions, as well as the project management office.

McAndrew has served a variety of product positions since first joining Momnt in 2020, including head of product and operations, VP and then SVP of product. She has also worked at WorldPay, InComm Payments and EvidentID.

The new additions at Momnt, a company focusing on embedded lending solutions for the home improvement and healthcare sectors, come less than a year after co-founder Barclay Keith stepped down as CEO following five years in the role. He was succeeded by the former chief revenue officer, Chris Bracken.
