Lost And Do Not Know What To Do

Hello guys, just wanted to ask you a question, how to get motivation for starting business ? Or what motivates you most ?

Correctly working in aviation industry as engineer, but I have no motivation for staying in this industry. Main reasons - low salary(in my country), high requirements, high safety procedures and so on. To be honest probably I made mistake working in aviation, it never gave me lets say butterflies, never was excited about it, just stress, stress and more stress. Company hiring what ever they can, doesn’t matter if dudes ever touched screw or even studied. These guys working for few months and then leaving for better opportunities, just it gets exhausting to teach new people and control their every move.

Have few ideas for starting business, probably biggest mistake that I am thinking about it too much and not doing anything, how to control these things and get job done ? I believe first step is hardest but to be honest I just cant step it and have no idea whats wrong with me.

Maybe you guys have something which could help me ? I will wait for your answers in comments. Thanks !
