How Do You Go About Starting A Start Up? "i Will Not Promote"

Card image cap

Im 23 right now, and I work a job from 8-6pm. Ive thought of some ideas that I really want to work on, but I dont know where to start. The idea that I have in mind makes me thing i need a decent amount of capital to pull it off, and im not very well off to afford it. My ideal plan for now if I want to pursue it is, slowly work on a task per day. I would assume I need to build an MVP first and maybe pitch to potential investors. I was also thinking of doing more research for the actual validity and feasibilty of the product im trying to create. Maybe interview my key clients and target market. Would just like to ask advice from you guys, if im getting ahead of myself or is this really how it works.

I was also thinking of looking for partners that can work on this with me, but I feel like the people around me are indecisive and cant fully commit. So might as well do this on my own and see where it goes

just for a bit of context
I am planning to create an outsourcing app for a specific niche. I also dont have much background in UI/UX, nor business. But I will be trying to learn them one at a time.
