Best Method For Incorporating New Business In The Us From Canada

Card image cap

Title says incorporating but I'm also open to ideas why (if at all) and how I should start my business as an LLC instead of a corporation.

About me: Canadian resident, currently only have a B1/B2 visa but have work history in the US as salaried worker. Have a social security number and a personal bank account in the US.

I incorporated my business in Canada and now I want to incorporate in the US for future opportunities. Right now it's only me in the company, I'm working on developing my tech product ideas and will continue to do so for at least the remainder of this year without selling anything. While I might try to get funding from various sources this year, I'm not really the VC/exit/serial entrepreneur type.

So what's the best way for me to start my company in the US ideally without having to enter the US? I've read about Clerky and Stripe Atlas as many people here recommend them. They seem affordable and convenient but do they apply to my case as a Canadian resident? Thanks!
